One Source Batteries reserves the rights to cancel an Order at any time without penalty or other liability if One Source Batteries determines in its sole discretion that it is unable to meet the requirements of the Order.

Customer Cancellations
For all Online, Verbal (phone), Email and Purchase Orders submitted to One Source Batteries, in order to cancel your order you must speak directly to a One Source customer support representative within 24 hours of placing your order. Email and Voicemail notifications will not be acknowledged, you must speak directly with a representative to cancel your order.
For orders placed after Friday at 12:00pm (Eastern Time) or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) and Holiday's, you must contact us no later than 12:00pm (Eastern Time) on the following business day.
